perusal of the report, it is found that no FIR has been registered by
the SHO PS Chandni Mahal on the complaint so far.
HC Shameem present in the court submits that
complaint was marked to him by SHO and he is enquiring the
same. It reveals that complaint was marked to him by SHO on
02.11.2023 and thereafter he has not taken the single step towards
the investigation of the case as per law.
The fact be put before the DCP Central as despite
expiry of period of two years the complaint is not being dealt in
accordance with law.
DCP concerned will ensure the action in accordance
with law and to ensure to file report along with reasons for delay in
taking the action.
