This is an appeal u/s 415 of the BNSS 2023 against the
impugned judgment of conviction dated 18.11.2025 and orders on the point
of sentence dated 03.12.2025 passed by ld. JMFC-10, Central, Tis Hazari
Courts, Delhi arising out of challan bearing no. 57654 dated
03.07.2019(MCD CHL 1/2021) in case titled as ‘MCD Vs. M/s Apollo
Pharmacy’.
Perusal of the orders on sentence dated 03.12.2025 reveals that
after being convicted of the offence punishable u/s 417/461 of the DMC Act,
appellant was sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-. Fine has already been
paid as per the order on the point of sentence.
Notice be issued to both the respondents on filing of PF, speed
post, approved courier service and all other approved modes for the next date.
TCR be summoned by the Ahlmad for the next date.
Put up for further proceedings on the next date of hearing.
Dasti to all concerned.
Re-notify on 29.07.2026.
