cancellation of warrants issued against the accused Nitin.

company.
Sh. Anurag Raj, Senior Manager (Legal) of the
complainant company.
Accused with counsel Sh.Hari Krishan.
Counsel for the accused has moved the application for
cancellation of warrants along with vakalatnama and affidavit. It is
undertaken by the accused that he will remain careful in future and
will attend the proceedings regularly.
Copy supplied.
Submissions on the application are heard.
Considering the facts, where the accused has not
admitted to bail yet, the application is considered as an bail
application and that the chargesheet is filed without his arrest
during the investigation, taking a lenient view he is admitted to bail
on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like
amount. Bail bond furnished and accepted.
Copy of chargesheet is supplied to the accused.
Put up on date fixed 20.02.2026 for scrutiny of
documents/ framing of notice/charge.
