JD in person.
JD has made a payment of Rs. 10,000/- each to the DH on
23.12.2025 and 04.02.2026. DH has also confirmed receiving the said
amount.
JD submits that he is will to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000/-
per month to the DH. Let the amount of Rs. 10,000/- be paid by the JD
by the 7th of every month to the DH by way of UPI / Bank Transfer.
The JD, i.e Sh. Gagan Kundra, S/o Late Sh. Indermani
Kundra submits that he is not the owner of property bearing no. L-50 A,
Pocket L, Dilshad Garden, Delhi and 307 A, J & K Pocket, Dilshad
Garden, Delhi. However, DH submits that as per MCD records, the name
of JD is reflected as the owner of these properties. Screen shots of the
MCD portal has also been placed on record.
She further requests for some time to inspect the records of
the Sub-Registrar to place on record further proof. In the meanwhile, let
JD continue to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- to the DH.
List the matter for further proceedings on 13.04.2026.
