Ld. Counsel Sh. Santosh Kumar Jha.
Sh. Pranav Kanti, Ld. Counsel for defendant.
Though the defendant has not been served with
summons of suit for today, but Ld. Counsel for defendant has come
present and it has been stated that matter between the parties stands
already settled out of court and as per the said settlement, the plaintiff
has agreed to accept a lump-sum amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- from
defendant as full and final settlement of its claim made in the present
suit.
It has further been submitted that the entire settlement
amount also stands paid to plaintiff.
Separate statement of AR of plaintiff has been recorded
to this effect and in view of the same, the present is being dismissed as
withdrawn having being settled/compromised. A copy of one DD of
Rs. 11,00,000/- in name of plaintiff has been taken on record today
during the said statement.
File be consigned to the record room.
