Case Outcome Insights

Understand patterns in your concluded public case activity.

TrustJury reviews concluded public case records connected with your profile and classifies outcomes only where the available record supports a meaningful category.

This is not a lawyer “win rate,” a prediction of future results, or a guarantee of professional performance.

What You Get

Structured case-outcome context.

  • ✓Concluded public cases associated with the professional profile
  • ✓Case-level outcome categories where the public record supports classification
  • ✓Unclassifiable status where the available information is insufficient or ambiguous
  • ✓Short explanation of why a case received its category
  • ✓Analysis date and methodology/version disclosure

What It Is Not

Not a simplistic performance score.

  • —Prediction of future legal outcomes
  • —A guaranteed measure of lawyer competence
  • —A claim that the lawyer caused the outcome
  • —A simple “wins divided by cases” percentage
  • —Forced classification of ambiguous cases

How It Works

Concluded cases, classified with context.

01

Claim your profile

Case Outcome Insights is intended for lawyers and law firms managing their own claimed TrustJury profile.

02

TrustJury identifies concluded cases

Only concluded public case associations are considered for outcome classification.

03

Public case information is reviewed

TrustJury evaluates disposal language, decision information and other supported public case data under the published methodology.

04

Each case is classified or left unclassifiable

Cases may be Favourable, Mixed, Other or Unclassifiable. Ambiguous records are not forced into a result.

Outcome Categories

Four categories, including “Unclassifiable.”

The ability to leave a case unclassified is important. TrustJury should not manufacture certainty when the public record does not support it.

Favourable

The available public outcome information indicates relief broadly aligned with the represented side under the current methodology.

Mixed

The public outcome indicates partial relief, a split result or another outcome that is not cleanly favourable or adverse.

Other

The available outcome does not support a favourable classification under the current methodology.

Unclassifiable

The public record is too limited, ambiguous or incomplete to support a reliable category.

Methodology Matters

The category should be explainable, not just displayed.

Outcome analysis can be misleading if the methodology is hidden or if every case is forced into a binary “win/loss” label. TrustJury should disclose how the analysis was produced and where the public record was insufficient.

Use only concluded public case activity.
Retain the public source fields used for classification.
Disclose the methodology and analysis version.
Keep case-level explanations so a category is understandable.
Allow Unclassifiable when the record does not support a confident result.
Preserve analysis history when classifications change after a refresh.

Nature of disposal: Allowed

Decision date: 14 Aug 2026

Why this category?

The published disposal language indicates relief broadly aligned with the represented side under the current methodology.

Example only. A category describes TrustJury’s analysis of the available public case record; it is not an official Court label and does not imply that the lawyer caused the outcome.

Important Limitations

Outcome data needs professional context.

  • —Court outcomes can depend on facts, procedure, settlement, jurisdiction, relief sought and many factors outside a lawyer’s control.
  • —A concluded case may involve multiple parties, advocates, claims or forms of relief.
  • —A public disposal label may not capture every aspect of the legal result.
  • —Historical case outcomes do not predict the result of a future matter.
  • —Case Outcome Insights should never be the sole basis for choosing a lawyer.

Purchase analysis or refresh through Lawzapo.

FAQ

Case Outcome Insights

Is this a lawyer win rate?

No. TrustJury should not reduce complex legal outcomes to a simplistic win percentage. Case Outcome Insights uses case-level categories and preserves an Unclassifiable category where the public record is unclear.

Which cases are analysed?

The product is intended to analyse concluded public cases associated with the claimed lawyer or law-firm profile. Pending cases should not be outcome-classified.

What happens if a case is ambiguous?

It should remain Unclassifiable rather than being forced into Favourable, Mixed or Other.

Does a favourable category mean the lawyer caused the result?

No. The category describes the available public case outcome under TrustJury’s methodology. It does not establish causation or guarantee professional performance.

Can the analysis be refreshed later?

Yes. TrustJury’s product model supports a separate Case Outcome Insights refresh so the analysis can be rerun against newer concluded public case activity.

Where is the product purchased?

All paid TrustJury products are purchased through the unified TrustJury Solutions page on Lawzapo.
